20:30 Wasser zu Sekt (Water to Champagne) – surreal slow motion performance
The Chapeau Club presents in Water to Champagne the black and white dotted coffee with a surreal sensory journey and special reading. Dadaistic and interactive performance. A black and white dotted spectacle emerges from the sensual nonsense water journey, all under the sign and language of slowness.

Come along on a journey through water, which is much more than just a resource and habitat.

Other events from the STADT_LAND_FLUSS (City_Country_River) series:

10 July 2021
Lay-Down Cinema in the Country.

Less is more – we try out deceleration & nature in the lay-down cinema. The screen hangs high up in the trees and the audience lies on mattresses or in hammocks with a view of the sky and the canopy of leaves.

07 August 2021
BICYCLE CINEMA IN THE CITY

Higher, faster, further? – We experience energy & mobility through a bicycle cinema.
At the energy-autonomous cinema, 10 stationary bicycles are used to pedal electricity for the cinema. The audience can take turns and is also invited to bring their own bikes.

More on the programme will follow soon. You can always find all the latest information here.

Each event has its own theme. In the city it’s about energy & mobility, in the countryside about deceleration & nature and on the river about water as a resource & habitat. Each event starts with a tour to the venue – by bike or canoe or on foot through forests and meadows in and around Berlin. The evening programme highlights the theme in a different way through artistic performances and ends with an open-air cinema under the stars.
With this project, we aim to make a contribution to the sustainability debate and actively invite people to open up new perspectives on much-discussed topics through creativity and art.
