Couch Potatoes live at Netzfest

Packed with a sack of potatoes, tripods, lights and lots of handicraft stuff we unfolded our tinker table at the re:publica Netzfest at the beginning of October.
Netzfest is the digital join-in festival of the re:publica conference, which annually deals with the exciting questions of a digital society. This year the festival took place in hybrid forms – analog and digital – because of Covid19. Appropriately, we first presented the Couch Potato Stop Motion Challenge, showed on the big screen and answered questions from the audience.
Afterwards we invited the audience to create little potato figures and animate live Couch Potato Stop Motion sequences. They wildly glued and painted, tinkered and tried out and the result is a super cute groovy one-minute movie.
