Our program & our artists in detail:

17:30 pm Herbal Tour with Edible Alchemy
Discover wild herbs in the settlement area with all your senses: get to know edible herbs with the alchemists of Edible Alchemy! Look, feel, rub, smell and sometimes – carefully! – with green light from us! – try it.
Tools for the future: empowerment. Where do I collect? Where does what grow? Where is it safe (in terms of toxins…).
Communicating positive alternatives to consumption. Who collects edible wild herbs that cost nothing, are healthier and taste better than the salad from supermarket, which also prevents environmental damage by transport and / or agro-industry.

19:00 DIY screen printing workshop
At our screen printing station you can embellish your old clothes or fabric bags. We will bring paints and screens and show you how to print our nautical motifs on your clothes. The workshop is free, textiles must be brought.

20:30 concert Schubi Straßenfeger
Anarchist singer-songwriter and street philosopher
Provocative poetry from rap to flamenco singing mounts rhythmic guitar chords and seduces the thoughts to where the dance leg has long been. Between thinking and roaring remains only the swing of the hips.

21:30 Open Air Cinema
Cinema with international short film program.
Fiction, documentaries and animations on the theme of man-nature.

The event is part of our Alles im Fluss Tour. In August 2021, Moviemiento is on tour on the water with a varied cultural programme happening in public space. We are working together with the Panther Ray collective. The collective has a self-built raft that travels the waters of Berlin’s inner city and serves as an open stage for art and culture and lived community. Together with Panther Ray, we are now returning to our beginnings and continue our now 18-year tradition of traveling cinema by taking it across the water to special places.
