The two crews from Panther Ray and Moviemiento were on tour the fourth time to bring events to the banks of rivers. For two weeks on the Havel and Elbe rivers, the cultural raft tour made stops in Havelberg and Rathenow.
The Panther Ray is a cultural raft made from recycled materials that serves as a floating stage for art, culture and community life.

Invited in Havelberg to the Kulturfluss event by the Haus der Flüsse and in Rathenow despite the rain: herbal walk with Edible Alchemy, concert by Schubi Straßenfeger and the Borstigen Banditen and short film cinema on the big screen – in Havelberg even with a bicycle powered cinema.
